The owner, Scott Hayley; has been involved in the marine repair business for the past
19 years. The past 17 were working for himself as The Yachtsman, and 2 years prior
working for a local marine services business. The Yachtsman is an environmentally
conscious and responsible user of Eco Friendly soaps and chemicals. These products
meet the criteria set out by Environment Canada, as well as the Clean Marine program,
now being implemented at Sailing Clubs and Marinas across Ontario. The Yachtsman
employs only the finest and most highly skilled trades people. Some with over 35 years
experience.
